Human Resources Business Partner - Part-time

Are you currently in a HRBP position and looking for a part time role? If so, my client who is Poole based is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to deliver value-added HR & OD activities that drive change and improve performance.

As HRBP you will be responsible for maximising employee engagement, developing talent and providing a high-level strategic advice, guidance and challenge to managers at all levels to drive excellence in people management and development. You will work closely with the HR Director to implement workforce planning and development to assist with longer term resource and talent management building.
