We are recruiting for a Service Designer to assist in designing the end-to-end journeys users experience when utilising services. This role is with a National and well-known Charity. This is a mid-weight role within the organisation and they would consider applications from experienced Service Designers and those that are looking to step up into a full design role having worked on design teams previously.

The role will be based at either Head Office in Barkingside, Essex or their London Offices in Euston. They also have a fantastic flexible working culture. Many of the current teams work partly remotely or flexibly between offices.

They also welcome applications from candidates looking to work flexibly from one of their other National offices; Crawley, Cardiff, Birmingham, Liverpool, Leeds, Edinburgh or Belfast as long as candidates are happy to travel into London and to some other offices regularly.
