Finance & Lettings Assistant - ASAP - Part or Full Time

A secondary school in Ealing is seeking to appoint a Finance & Lettings Assistant as soon as possible on a part time or full time basis.

About the role

In order to be a successful applicant to this role, you will be a professional, self-motivated and organised person who holds excellent communication skills and can work effectively in a team. The school will offer training for the role and there will be opportunities for progression and continual professional development for the successful post-holder. The role is being offered on a part-time or full-time basis.

Purpose of the role:

Assist with the development and effective operation of the finance, HR and lettings department.
Assist with operating and monitoring all school accounts and budgets, ensuring the safe receipt and handling of cash and cashless reconciliation of transactions.
Complete administrative routines relating to orders, invoices, payment of suppliers, income, maintaining stock and other administrative tasks.
Undertake general office and administrative duties, as required.You must be able to:

Work in a busy and fast-paced environment
Work in an organised, methodical and detailed manner
