You'll also supervise colleagues, manageshifts and make sure flawless handover summaries are completed to ensurecontinuity of care. Above all, it's about ensuring our residents are atthe core of everything you do.
We'relooking for a Registered Nurse (RGN) with valid Pin number, knowledgeof National Standards and NMC code of practice. Not to mention abackground in person centred care planning within a care home. Beyondthat, it's all about your brilliant, positive energy and natural abilityto get along with people. You'll be a great mentor who can manage timeeffectively and keep meaningful records. And, whenever you communicatewith a resident or co-worker, you'll be truly considerate and kind.
