Base Location: Poole

Salary: £25,421 - £33,577 depending on skills and experience (pro rata)

Working Pattern: Permanent | Part Time 15 hours per week (Flexible working patterns available)

What is the Role?

We have an excellent opportunity for you to join our team as a Cost Analyst.

Working closely with Project Managers, you'll analyse the delivery of Connections projects against quotes to ensure all costs are allocated prior to financial closure and investigate any anomalies or under/over spends.

As well as reviewing financials, you'll also ensure all project details are recorded correctly as it is imperative that Regulatory Reporting is accurate and up to date.

We are looking for individuals who can deliver optimum performance in all set targets and deliver exceptional financial control of Connections projects with proactive communication and a "here to help you mentality". We strive to provide a high level of service across our business, and in your role, you'll promote a culture of excellent customer service to internal parties whilst building and maintaining strong working relationships.

Your Skills and Experience

To ensure you get the most from your role, we ask that you are a skilled problem solver; you'll come across a range of projects, so you must be able to identify any issues and work to solve them quickly, effectively and accurately. You'll have outstanding organisation and planning skills with the ability to work to deadlines whilst dealing with changing priorities and managing your own time effectively.

Experience using our internal systems PROMIS and harmony is highly beneficial however not essential.
