An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ADI Trainer to support the Logistics Training department and the rest of the Logistics Team. The main purpose of the role is to manage site based driver trainers, ensuring all sites achieve their training requirements to a consistently high standard and to promote a professional company image. The role will be based in Enfield.
Pay Rates
£36,950 plus Company Car
Shift Pattern and Contracted Hours
The role is 46.25 hours per week predominantly working Monday to Friday. We require flexibility for shift patterns and possible change to requirements.
Job Description
We are recruiting for an experienced Driver CPC Trainer / Fleet ADI to join our team to deliver our specialist Greggs CPC courses
We looking for an experienced and ideally PTTLS or Awards In Education Level 3 qualified
Preferably also DVSA Fleet ADI Registered or RTITB approved
Key Responsibilities:
Devising and maintaining Driver training for the group supported by the Training Manager
Development and presentation of DCPC
Remedial training with drivers after a decision to take them off road
Skills
Key Requirements
Minimum Cat C Licence, C+E desirable
Experienced Driver CPC Trainer / Fleet ADI
Ideally PTTLS or Awards In Education Level 3 qualified
Preferably also DVSA Fleet ADI Registered or RTITB approved
Flexibility is required as training can be delivered away from base, with a need for travel and overnight stays
Keeps up to date with best practice in area of expertise & shared knowledge
Presentation skills and some experience in accelerated learning techniques
Confident with large and small groups of delegates
Clear and articulate with technical content such as Drivers Hours, Digital Tachograph etc
Ability to promote group participation and engagement
Completion of course documentation in line current JAUPT requirements
Commitment to Continuous Professional Development
Key Skills
Intermediate or advanced IT skills with all MS packages, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Confident user of email and Internet
Excellent time management, planning and organising skills
Extremely articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Persuasive and able to influence at all levels
Develops good working relationships with Logistics/Transport Manager and Transport teams
Actively seeks to improve own performance
Contributes to project work as required with Training Manager
