Role - Part Time - Claims Handler
Location - Hull City
Salary - £8.52 per hour
Hours of work;
Mon - Friday 1.15pm - 6pm / 1 - 4 Saturday Shift - 8:30am - 12:30
Our Client expects;
Our client would like the successful candidate to provide customer support and administrative support within the Claims Team. You will deliver the highest possible standards of customer service & administration support on a day to day basis ensuring that service levels and performance targets are reached on a individual and team basis.
Your Responsibilities:
Ensure that you are kept fully up to date with SLA's
Ensure that you are aware and understand the
Provide investigative feedback on any queries to the company and their clients where necessary
To progress customer claims within the company's management system
Ensure daily tasks are managed within agreed
To be responsible for building relationships
Act as a first level point of contact
Work towards achieving targets set on a daily/monthly/annual basis provided by your Team Leader/ Line Manager
The completion of duties as required from time to time by the Management Team
Manage complaints
To promote our business and that of our clients by providing exceptional and friendly service at all times
Key Skills:
Excellent communication skills
Data input
Ability to build and maintain relationships
Ability to work to agreed deadlines, targets and objectives
Able to work as part of a team
Customer Service or Administration experience
