An Architect is required on a part-time basis (2/3 days a week) to join a small architectural & interior design practice based on the outskirts of Totnes.

This practice believes that everything they design is unique and they work on a variety of architectural and interior design projects across the South West. I am looking for someone who is confident in their own ability and able to work on a multiple of different projects at once. There will be a key focus as the Architect on planning drawings and building regulations.

As an employer, they are very flexible and can offer you a position working in the office or remotely at home. Majority of the projects are within the residential sector and this can include anything from extensions up to brand new bespoke, high-quality residential builds.

They use Vectorworks in the practice but are willing to consider anyone with different software experience. This is not essential for this position.

The salary for this Architect position will be between £18,000-£24,000 (pro-rata) basis.
