Salary £77,913 - £105,042 per annum (pro rata if applicable)

Closing date for applications 08-Dec-2019

Bristol Dental School & Hospital wish to recruit two senior clinical academics in Oral Surgery to strengthen our existing teaching, research and clinical service. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the development of research and to realise the aspirations of our new curriculum, as well as to strengthen our clinical service. Following successes in REF2014, and the outcome of the 2019 GDC inspection we are in a prime position to move forward with key developments in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, research and patient care. The opportunities are unlimited for established academics who wish to join a Dental School & Hospital well supported by a forward-thinking University and NHS Trust.

We are seeking outstanding individuals keen to lead and develop education in Oral Surgery and research and patient care at Bristol Dental Hospital. You would be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and patient flow through Oral Surgery. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the research profile of the School and play a part in realising the wider teaching strategies of our School and Faculty.

We are looking for a well organised, enthusiastic individual with a keen interest in team training, and integrated teaching.

The selection process is scheduled for Tuesday 7 January 2020.
