My client, one of London leading property management consultancy are looking for a temporary Receptionist to cover their Reception every Friday afternoon from 12pm - 6pm. This is an ongoing temporary role starting Friday 22nd Nov. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is looking for a part time temporary ongoing role in a successfull company.

Responsibilities;

• Reception cover
• Welcoming visitors into the building and directing them to the correct floor
• First point of contact for the tenants onsite and property manager
• Locking up of the building
• Contacting contractors when required

You must have previous Reception experience and come across measured, professional, articulate and friendly. You will be the first point of contact for the whole building therefore you will have excellent communications skill and take pride the front of house service you provide.
