Pertemps Medical are recruiting for a Band 7 CBT Therapist in Peterborough for a CAMHS Neurodevelopmental Service.
We are a specialist Mental Health recruiter supporting a Nationwide list of clients in the NHS and Private Sector
This role offers an immediate start with the ideal candidate being available full time, although part time may be considered.
Person Specification
Post-graduate diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
12 Months Experience within the NHS
Experience in Neurodevelopmental assessments for Children
Role Description
Our client is looking for a locum Band 7 CBT Therapist with experience on working with children with neurodevelopmental disorders.
The role will involve:
To provide CBT for youngsters with neurodevelopmental conditions such as Autism, ADHD and Learning Disabilities.
To provide mental health assessments for youngsters with neurodevelopmental conditions
To liaise with other professionals supporting the child such as education, Children’s Social Care and other health staff
Compliance requirements
Pertemps Medical are proud to have been awarded places on all Frameworks for NHS supply, in response to this you will need to supply documentation to start work, some of this includes:
DBS check
Occupational Health Clearance (proof of immunity to HepB, Measles and Rubella)
Right to work – Passport/Visa
Mandatory Training
