Job Title: Advanced Nurse Practitioner
- Hours: Full time
- Benefits: Support with Clinical Training
- Salary: Up to £50,000 circa pro rata
- Location: Reading
Our client is a fast growing innovative and experienced service provider and they are currently recruiting experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioners to join their primary and urgent care team in Reading.
Applications are welcomed from both full and part time applicants.
The post holder will be working closely with a multidisciplinary team and will use their experience to practice autonomously and flexibly. Practitioners must have experience in primary care. Applicants must also be competent in the assessment of patients with undifferentiated needs and have completed their Independent Prescribing qualification.
The post holder will work with the service manager, and clinical lead to deliver robust clinical governance and the fulfilment of the service contract
