EXTREMELY EXPERIENCED NEW HOMES SALES NEGOTIATOR - WITNEY (Part-time Job-Share)

Note that this role is 3 days one week, 2 days next, (alternating weekends)

Our client is looking for only the most experience New Homes Sales Negotiator, who is willing to Job-Share with a partner working a rota Thursday through Monday, 3 days one week, and 2 days the next (Sat/Sun) so you will have alternate weekends off. In return you will earn a basic of up to £13k per Job-Share team member, with a per plot commission of £250 per plot (each), commissions on options, quarterly bonuses, and paid mileage. Your earnings are only limited by your ability to sell, as this company delivers. Realistic OTE is approximately 22.5k per Job-Share team member, with the potential to earn more if you sell well.

Our client requires:

- Minimum 3 years experience on-site as a New Homes Sales Negotiator (note that purely temp experience will not be taken into consideration)

- A candidate who is organised, and professional
