We have a fantastic new opportunity for a Project Officer to oversee full logistical coordination and delivery of our client’s products.

Position: Project Officer (Products and Services)

Location: Bradley, Huddersfield

Hours: Full Time, 37 hours per week

Salary: £17,374 to £24,449

Contract: Temporary to December 2021

The Role

Working with the Early Years Quality Manager and Directors, the Project Officer is responsible for the day to day delivery of projects (from agreed delivery plan to post implementation review) in line with the organisation’s quality processes. The Project Officer will be responsible for the management of publications and e-learning and will support the IT administration of our quality improvement programmes, Quality Counts and Millie’s Mark.

Main duties include:

  • Oversee full logistical coordination and delivery of products.
  • Effective monitoring, data capture and review of deliverables.
  • Liaise with project delivery teams to deliver product outputs and outcomes.
  • Monitor delivery against plans.
  • Monitor budgets and stock levels of publications ensuring best value.
  • Assist with production and distribution of all materials.
  • Assess the impact of training and consultancy delivery.
  • Share findings from delivery of services.
  • Liaise with Events Manager to ensure sufficient associates available for coverage.

About You

As Project Officer you will have:

  • The ability to identify efficiencies and effectiveness in process and systems.
  • Excellent IT skills with working skills of all MS Office packages specifically Excel.
  • Familiarity with computerised record systems/databases and ability to manipulate data.
  • Excellent spelling and grammar skills.
  • Accurate data input skills.
  • Sound time management and organisational skills.
  • Excel formulae experience, to manipulate and provide results for data collection.
