Monitoring and Response Officer - Edinburgh
Contracts offered on a full-time / Part time basis
Salary: £9.75 per hour plus generous shift enhancement's, holiday pay accrual and pension
The Social Care Community Partnership are currently looking to recruit 4 Monitoring and Response Officers in Edinburgh working for a 24/7Assistive Technology Enabled Care Service. You will be responding to a broad range of service users who require assistance in their home or in the community, more specifically but not limited to: assistance with falls, mobility incidents and First Aid. You will also have to carry out risk assessments to prevent any more incidents.
Qualifications and experience:
Essential:
Full clean driving licence
Safe People Handling/Dynamic Risk Assessment qualified or the ability to achieve. Basic First Aid with the ability to achieve Advanced First Aid certificates
Working in a health and social care environment or similar
Good IT skills and proven ability to use a variety of systems
Must be fit and able to provide essential frontline intervention and prevention role in the delivery of a 24/7 Assistive Technology Enables Care service, underpinned by the Technology Expansion Care Services Association Code of Practice
Desirable:
Experience of carrying out personal care
Mechanical or practical skills qualification
Understanding of Technology Enabled Care Services Association Code of Practice
Experience of first aid triage
