We are looking for a talented individual with strong leadership, commercial acumen and business expertise to join our team. Reporting to the Head of Housing you will be responsible for delivering property related, statutory services.
You will be the lead officer for the delivery of Capital projects and planned maintenance programmes as well as supporting Housing Development projects within our district. With a commercial emphasis, you will lead on the development and implementation of the Housing Asset Management Strategies to make the best use of Council assets and ensure revenue streams are maximised.
