This is a great opportunity to join a property company located in Soho. We are seeking an office manager to join our growing, fun team on an on-going part time basis.

JOB ROLE: Part Time Office Assistant (Flexible days, ideally Wednesday)

JOB TYPE: Temporary Part-time

HOURS: Flexible working hours, ideally 1 - 2 days per week, initially 8-12 hours a week with potential to grow DOE

SALARY: £12 - £17ph dependent on experience

LOCATION: Heart of the West End in Soho! Nearest tube is Piccadilly Circus or Oxford Circus.

Key Duties:

  • General administration duties to support the office
  • Inputting invoices into an online system
  • Invoicing payments, chasing payments and ensuring payments are made on time
  • Responsible for all office documents, filing, scanning, records and retention
  • Manage and Monitor office stationery & supplies and replenishing orders where necessary
  • Processing Monthly Expenses for the team
  • Implement HR Procedures and maintain appropriate records and systems
  • Assist in Monthly bank reconciliations
  • Updating the company website & social media with new information
  • Property Administration, preparing property details / brochures
  • Dealing with general Property enquiries within our existing portfolio
  • Implementing new procedures both Property & Admin related

Skills Required:

  • Ability to multi task
  • Good organisational skills
  • Previous experience working as an Office Manager or similar role
  • Previous experience in Property desirable but not essential
  • Must be computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office Programs
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritise efficiently
  • Available to start in the new year
