Pensions Administrator (Part Time – 25 hours pw)
Grade B

We have a fantastic opportunity got an Administrator to join our small but busy Pensions team in Greenbridge Head Office working from 9:30am – 2:30pm 5 days a week. Our Pensions team provides an accurate and efficient service to members therefore we are looking for someone who has a keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy in their work.

What you’ll be doing:

As a Pensions Administrator you will maintain accurate and up to date records for all defined contribution (DC) pension scheme members.  You will be responsible for all aspects relating to the life cycle of DC members which involves communicating with members, producing computerised calculations, standard letters and coding of pensions software.

In addition, you will be supporting the Pensions team by carrying out general administrative duties including photocopying, scanning and allocating of documents.

What we are looking for:

It would be great if you have some general office administration experience and are educated to GCSE equivalent. You will be able to demonstrate your ability to prioritise your workload and work to deadlines and be familiar with Word and Excel.  There may be contact with bereaved and elderly members so a sympathetic and understanding telephone manner is a key requirement for this role.
