About the Role: Part-time Economics Teacher

The candidate applying for the post should be a driven professional who is committed to academic excellence, thorough lesson planning, enthusiastic and creative delivery and diligent assessment of student performance.

Key qualities that we are looking for:

Ability to plan and produce innovative, well-structured and cohesive lessons to Year 12 and 13 students
A team player, able to work collaboratively with the academic faculty and administration to create high-quality resources for students
Effective communicator, able to explain complex concepts in simple and interesting terms
Result-oriented mind-set
Great empathy and patience in supporting and working with young people
A teaching qualification is not required, so this provides an interesting opportunity to get into teaching without having to complete a PGCE
University degree
