Based in Peterborough, my client is looking to recruit an experienced Part Time Project Accountant to join their team on a 12 month FTC. Working part time, my clients offers flexibility in working, covering 30 hours over 4 days or 5 days with the ability to work from home on 2 of these days.
Ideally being ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, you will be on a short notice period of 1 month or less. As a key member of the Industrial Power Systems Division and one of 3 Project Accountants, your role will involve the following;

Being responsible for driving positive process changes and aiding the successful completion of improvement projects.

*Business Resources Lean Control Tower control and the ability to make cost-saving real-time decisions based on that data
*Provide discounted cash flow analysis of all Operational Excellence projects
*Co-ordinate Operational Excellence financials
*Provide back-up support to the Capital process
*Be an agent for change and help embed lean thinking into Business Resources
*Work collaboratively with the different departments in Finance to successfully embed the new processes within the respective teams.
As an individual, you will possess excellent communication skills with the ability to build good cross-functional relationships. Systems skills are a must.
