Committee Members (HR / Payroll / Residential Development / Sales)
South East
£3,000 pa plus expenses
Part-Time - Time commitment: 1 day per month
Our client builds homes and changes lives. They are a thriving Housing Association based in Redhill, Surrey and manage more than 6,000 homes for people who cannot buy or rent in the market. Their homes are across East Surrey and Sussex.
Their core services are very good with nearly 90% customer satisfaction. They are financially strong with annual surpluses of over £11m, and new private finance in place. They hold Investors in People Gold, and Customer Service Excellence accreditation.
But they are ambitious to do more – adding nearly 500 new homes this year, developing commercial business to support their social purpose, and embarking on a service transformation programme.
To support these ambitions they are currently looking for two co-opted members to join their Group committees:
Co-Opted Committee member – Group Remuneration and Nomination Committee
The successful candidate will bring significant experience in Human Resources, Payroll, OD, Talent or similar at Director level.
Co-Opted Committee member – Group Investment Committee
The successful candidate will bring significant experience in residential development and or sales at Senior Manager or Director level.
