My client is a global nutrition company whose purpose is to make the world healthier and happier. The company has over 8,000 employees worldwide, and its shares are traded on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE:HLF) with net sales of approximately $4.5 billion in 2016.
Administrator - Talent Acquisition - The Role
You will help ensure a great internal and external candidate experience by providing excellent administrative and coordination support to Talent Acquisition Partner and HR Team. This will involve liaising with agencies, applicants, hiring managers and the wider business as well as answering general vacancy enquiries, maintaining recruitment systems and scheduling meetings. You will also help organise interviews, update filing and produce regular business reporting. Manage documents and PO's related invoices to ensure payments made within deadlines including liaising with Account Payable in Krakow when it is appropriate. You will get involved in ad hoc recruitment projects too.
Requirements
An experienced administrator
Excellent organising, planning, implementing and coordinating skills
Ability to oversee business systems
A proficient MSOffice user
Good understanding of social media
Strong communicator
An eye for detail
Self-motivated and able to time manage and prioritise workload
Ability to solve problems and negotiate
Experience of working as an HR or recruitment administrator would be an advantage.
