About this Job -You will be responsible for supporting 4 males who have Learning Disabilities and Autism they are very active in the community and you will be supporting them to go Ice Skating, Swimming, Bowling and Ball Room Dancing and more.. you will also be responsible for their personal care, medication, meal preparation and general cleaning..

You will be working with a team on a rota system covering shifts,

7.30am -2.30pm 2.30pm -930pm plus Sleep Ins
