Job Details

We’re looking for an efficient and pro-active Part Time Receptionist to join our House Management Team at Imagination for 2.5 days a week on a Monday, Friday and a Thursday afternoon. 

You will work as part of a team covering front and back reception areas and support with additional administrative functions relating to the telephone system. You’ll answer incoming calls, sort incoming and outgoing post, be responsible for greeting visitors and notifying people of their arrival, accept deliveries and support with the booking of couriers and taxis.

You will need to have an excellent telephone manner with strong interpersonal and good administrative skills. You’ll be confident communicating with people at all levels in an appropriate and professional manner and be a team player with the ability to keep calm and cope under pressure. Basic computer skills are also required with knowledge of Word and Excel desirable. Knowledge of Cisco Call Manager would be advantageous.
