Brook Street is currently working on behalf of our legal client to recruit a Secretary. This is a part time role where you will be needed 3 times a week.

Pro-rated Salary: £13,000
Hours: Tuesday 9.00 - 17.30, Thursday & Friday 9.00 - 17.00, 1 hour for lunch each day

Job Description
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a welcoming team in Twyford. Our client is looking for a Legal Secretary who is a well organised and able to support the team with a variety of tasks.

This role includes audio typing, digital dictation, diary management, liaising with clients both on telephone and face to face, filing and other general admin duties. You will need to be a strong Administrator to ensure a high and exact standard of practice and have good time management.

Key Responsibilities
" Manage the client database system
" Provide exceptional standard of client care
" Uphold high standards of client confidentiality
" Prepare and dispatch post
" Document production support
" Setting up meetings
" Processing expenses/billing
" Managing reports and dealing with queries
" Sending information/correspondence to clients via email and telephone, assisting with enquires, taking detailed messages
" Producing letters, legal documents, emails utilising MS Office on a daily basis
" General administrative duties as required
