Our client specialises in Facilities Management and is looking for someone to join the team in accounts to work on purchase ledger. This is a 12 month fixed contract.

Duties include;

* Answering Phone queries

* Purchase ledger queries, invoice queries

* Remittances

* Office package skills

An Ideal candidate will have/be;

* Excellent communication skills

* Solid team working skills

* Self-disciplined and efficient, with a flexible and proactive nature

* Experienced in Excel and Microsoft office packages

* Knowledge of software packages such as SAGE and BACS

* Demonstrable experience of bookkeeping

* Ability to work to deadlines

Part time/Full time hours offered and pro rata salary to be agreed

Working hours; 8am to 5pm, Mon - Fri
