Broadland and South Norfolk have an exciting opportunity for a Caretaker to join our team based at South Norfolk House, Long Stratton. You will join us on a full time (shift working required, standby/on-call requirement), permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £22,850 - £25,972 per annum.

Key responsibilities of our Caretaker:
- Help maintain the safety and security of the building
- Set up meeting rooms
- Operation and maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems and plant
- Supervise cleaning staff
- Grounds maintenance, general housekeeping, waste disposal, minor repairs etc.
Skills required of our Caretaker:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Either have or be prepared to complete a First Aid Qualification
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
- Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to work flexibly
