Our client is a very successful, UK top 50, long established, regional, professional services company with many offices across East Anglia.
The company employees over 350 talented people and provides a rivalled advisory service covering everything their clients need.
Due to continued growth a Payroll and HR Administrator or just a Payroll Administrator is required to join the HR team of 4 in the Norwich office.
The role is to ensure accurate data entry and timely administration of the firms monthly payroll and employee benefits and managing HR processes using appropriate systems and procedures
You will lead on payroll processes including tax, NI and statutory elements using the Cascade Payroll system.
Additionally you will support the HR function with administration from new starters to managing leavers.
We are looking for individuals with payroll experience from a professional services environment, with ideally an interest in expanding their involvement with HR.
Full or part-time considered.
Salary to suit experience, 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, life assurance, pension scheme, award winning well-being programme and other benefits
