Sales Advisor - Part Time

£16'443, pro rata & OTE

Part time evening shifts

13-hour working week spread over 3 shifts: 2-weekday shifts from 5pm to 9pm or 6pm to 10pm, plus one-weekend shift from 5pm to 10pm.

Our client has been established for the last 37 years and employs over 100 staff. We are seeking permanent part time Sales Advisors to join an established and friendly team.

The Role Sales Advisor:

Ensure all incoming telephone calls are handled in a timely and professional manner
Meet/ exceed targets for levels of productivity, performance and sales
Deliver quality customer service by ensuring customer needs are met and exceeded
Develop an understanding of the rules, services and processes along with a clear knowledge of intranet sales system
Ensure all communication and training is fully understoodAbout You:

Display excellent timekeeping and a flexible approach to working hours
Team player who uses initiative and actively contributes
Passionate desire to make money
Strong selling, negotiation and influencing skill set
Excellent listening and communication skills, with the ability to identify sales opportunities
