We are seeking a committed and experienced Senior Ophthalmic Scrub Practitioner to join our client's busy perioperative team at their acute hospital site based in Taunton, Somerset. This is a full-time role but our client is open to hearing from candidates seeking to negotiate a part-time hours opportunity. Our client is a key large provider of independent healthcare in the UK. Staffed by many of the UK's eminent consultants and other multidisciplinary healthcare specialists, this hospital delivers an exemplary standard of Ophthalmic perioperative care supported by the latest technology and state-of-the-art equipment. Person requirements: Registered Nurse or Operating Department Practitioner with full registration with the NMC or HCPC. Current or recent Ophthalmic Scrub experience. Experienced in supervision and mentorship of junior Practitioners, Support Workers and Students. Good communication skills and willingness to work in a flexible environment will be essential.
