HR Client Delivery Team Leader - Creating Job Descriptions

Brightworks is a well-funded, fast growing HR Tech company based in Exeter, Devon. We have recently launched The Role Mapper, an innovative job design platform that helps organisations design and scale flexible and inclusive job descriptions that increase the diversity and quality of candidate applications. 

We have an immediate opportunity for an experienced HR Consultant, Recruitment Consultant or RPO practitioner to join our team and work with our clients to create leading practice job descriptions. Using the Role Mapper platform, you will be responsible for leading the team that creates job descriptions that are inclusive, flexible and have proven to drive diversity and talent.

As a Team Leader you will:

• Use your coaching and influencing skills to work with hiring managers to create inclusive and flexible job descriptions that drive diversity and talent
• Take full accountability for the service delivery and day to day relationship with key customers
• Manage and motivate your team (onsite and remote), taking responsibility for resourcing projects and maintaining best practice and quality of output
• Become an expert in our innovative process and software, guiding your customers and teams and feeding continuous improvement ideas to our tech team
• Play a critical role in the growth of our business by collaborating with and bringing your expertise, insights and ideas into the wider team  

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have experience of working with and coaching hiring managers to create job descriptions and candidate specifications
• Have experience of managing recruitment and/or HR teams (onsite and remote) with high quality expectations and demanding deadlines
• Have experience of managing customer accounts and building trusted relationships
• Have good written and verbal communication skills with a real attention to detail
• Be enthusiastic about learning new techniques and getting quickly up to speed to lead a team of process experts
• Be excited about joining an early stage business and being part of it’s future growth

Working Hours:

We recognise that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is very individual. For us, flexibility goes both ways. Our client base is Global and we currently have a significant US presence so flexibility around working hours to accommodate USA Eastern Time and international hours may be expected. In this role, the following flexible working options are available:

• We will also consider part-time reduced hours in the day or week (4 days a week)
• Full-time flexible hours in the day
• Working from home/remote working with the ability to meet in Exeter twice a month
• We would consider applications from candidates seeking a 3 day a week part-time position, this would be working in a job share so only feasible if we can find the right job share match for you

Location: This role is a permanent vacancy but home/remote working is an available an option if you have an appropriate work environment in place and are able to meet in Exeter twice a month as required.

Salary: Circa £45,000 + Benefits
