**Customer Service Centre Advisor**

This is a permanent opportunity to work for a well-established, independent business between York and Leeds. This company is accessible on public transport and is a great stepping stone into an office based environment.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
£9,494.12 per annum (Plus a discretionary incentive paid quarterly, pro rata for part time hours)
20 hours per week - Monday-Friday 11am-3pm

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING...
- Taking inbound technical service calls from people who require immediate assistance
- Logging calls on the database
- Escalating issues to the relevant department if necessary
- Providing solutions and advice to customers as the first point of contact
- Booking appointments for technical consultants

YOU MUST...
? Be self-motivated, enthusiastic and confident
? Have demonstrable customer service skills
? Be an excellent communicator with a good telephone manner
