FRCE Recruitment Group are looking for candidates to work within a residential setting with clients who have mental health disorders and learning disabilities.

Ideally you will need to have experience within this client group as it would be beneficial for yourself and the client. As a support worker, you will be assisting in their day to day lives and providing care when needed. This is a supported living role a lot of the clients are very capable but you must be willing to provide personal care if it is ever needed.

Job purpose:
* Promoting independence
* Social, emotional and physical support to all clients
* To support clients with day to day needs
* 1 to 1 activities
* Being able to do an activity log

Essential requirements
* At least 1 year recent experience in a relevant field
* Understanding and knowledge of the issues faced by this client group
* Exceptional personal care
* Creative approach to empowering clients to achieve positive outcomes
* Commitment to safeguarding and protecting the clients
* Commitment to the care and well-being of clients
* Valid DBS - Preferably on the update service

Pay: 10.50 - 13.00
Location: Bishop's Stortford
Full-Time/ Part time
If you have a DBS that is registered with the online update service, we can offer you work more quickly.

You must be able to provide 5 years' worth of references and either have all mandatory training in date, or be prepared to complete this prior to starting your assignment. FRCE Recruitment Group will support you with your training needs if required.
