First Aid and Reprographics Officer
Matthew Arnold school is located on the edge of Oxford with good bus links, car and cycle parking.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly and collaborative team in a part-time term-time only opportunity.
Our Communications Team aims to provide an excellent service focused on student support and communication within the school community. The First Aid and Reprographics Officer will be one of the people providing first aid expertise in the event of accident or illness in school. Other responsibilities include
* plan and support pupil health and wellbeing programmes, including vaccinations.
* provide general clerical and administrative support to the school staff in the reprographics office including stock control
* support the school's aims and objectives and implement the school's policies and procedures.
* You should show excellent attention to detail and be a confident communicator on all levels. Experience of working with teenagers would be an advantage, with an interest in the education and development of young people. You will be happy multitasking and it is essential that you are well organised. Working well as part of a team you will be able to use your initiative and be comfortable working autonomously.
Hours of work: 22.5 hours/week, 4.5 hours daily from 9.30am (Term time only plus five Inset days: 39 weeks per year).
Salary: Grade 4, £9,600 p.a. for these hours (£18,426 p.a. full time rate)
