A key client of ours is looking for Customer Service Advisors to come on board and work with their successful and exciting team. You will use your personable skills and customer service experience to support the customers and deal with enquiries over the phone, email and live web chat. Training will be provided on the client, systems and general skill sets to get you up and running!

Training Dates: 17th December for one week Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm

Shift pattern options:

shift option 1: Alternating shifts between Monday and Sunday 9am to 6pm / Including weekends
shift option 2: Monday to Friday 10am to 7pm / 2pm to 11pmKey activities and responsibilities:

Manage and respond to incoming enquiries from customers.
Interaction with both internal and external stakeholders.
Assist the team with general and routine administrative tasks and duties e.g. email inbox, intercom.
Responsible for keeping project administration notes in a CRM system up to date and logging issues. This will involve raising tickets and ensuring the successful close out of all customer issues.
Assisting with project related finance - processing sales orders, invoices and purchase orders.Essential

Excellent Fluency in English
Good working knowledge of standard IT packages such as Word, Excel and Navision.
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, in a professional manner.
Capable and confident speaking on the phone with Customers in Germany and providing customer support.
Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills; able to meet deadlines
Able to remain calm and professional under pressure, maintain a positive approach.
