Job Details

Reporting into the Head of Regional Sales, the successful candidate will assume responsibility for maximising the Region’s Sales whilst maintaining the highest levels of Customer Service for our purchasers.

This key role within the regional sales management team requires a self- motivated, focused and driven individual to provide first class customer service focused on delivering L&Q’s ambitious sales programme, primarily to new customers.

You must have a proven track record in property sales. Your role will be to coach, develop and motivate a team of sales executives to maximise sales opportunities by directing customers to the correct product for their needs across all availability within the L&Q sales portfolio. You will have a strong desire to succeed and have the ability to monitor and analyse performance. You will lead on maintaining compliance and ensure sales are achieved within deadlines. A strong people manager who can lead by example and encourage and develop staff through training and regular one to ones to maximise their potential, deliver the demanding sales and customer service objectives and contribute to the growth of our business.

The ideal candidate will have significant previous experience of managing or supervising a sales team ensuring high performance is delivered, exceeding set targets and customer service remains at the forefront of everything we do. You need to be able to work well as part of a team and be able to hit the ground running. You will be the key stakeholder for the sales team working closely with the Marketing Team to deliver effective and efficient campaigns and collaborate with divisional colleagues and the wider L&Q group to ensure a seamless and quality service is maintained. You must also have the ability to negotiate and influence internal colleagues and external suppliers. You will manage the relationships with solicitors instructing development sales and progressing and ensure IFA’s support our business ensuring all our business partners provide excellent customer satisfaction and maintain their service level agreements.  You will be able to resolve customer dissatisfaction in a positive manner.
