Online eCommerce Manager, Part Time (17.5 hours a week)4 Month ContractMental Health Charity, SurreySalary £27,000 Our client is a leading Mental Health Charity, who are looking for an Online eCommerce Manager to come in and manage all aspects of their online shop including the marketing, planning, administration and fulfilment. Reporting to the Head of Insight and Innovation, your role will involve the following duties:Managing the shop, liaising with their internal and external fulfilment teams and partners.Ownership of its development, including testing, supervising or uploading and maintaining website content, troubleshooting website issues, reporting website sales and behavioural statisticsOverseeing the marketing of the shop, liaising with their digital and retail teams and external suppliers.Opportunity to contribute to the development of their retail strategy so that Samaritans is optimising its offer across all relevant ecommerce channels.The role will require flexibility, as demand for the shop grows and the ability to manage internal and external relationships.The CandidateWe are looking for someone with previous experience in a hands-on retail eCommerce role. You should have skills in the development of an online marketing plan, an ability to work collaboratively across different teams, communicating priorities and influencing colleagues. Furthermore, you should have experience of implementing an online retail strategy and be educated to degree level or equivalent.We are also interested in candidates who have worked on an online retail platform, whether within the charity sector or retail/FMCG or banking sector.Interested applications should send their CV in the first instance.
