Staff Nurse - Neurological rehabilitation

Job Title: Staff Nurse (RMN / RNLD / RGN)

Location: Cambridgeshire

Salary £31,000 - £33,000 per annum (£15.89 - £16.92 per hour ) - negotiable depending on experience

Hours: Full Time and Part Time hours are available - you can choose depending on your preference (options of: 11.5 hours, 23 hours, 34.5 hours or 37.5 hours). The hospital can also consider fixed shifts.

Shifts: Options of Days only ( [... Click Apply...]) or Nights only ( [... Click Apply...] ) or Mixed shifts on a rotational basis - you can choose depending on your preference

Contract: Permanent

Further Details: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a newly qualified or experienced RGN, RMN, or RNLD to work within a Neurological rehabilitation and recovery service in Cambridgeshire

With 38 beds across 4 wards - The Hospital is a modern facility providing clinically led assessment, treatment, rehabilitation and complex care for both male and female patients suffering from a broad range of neurological conditions. Registered as a hospital, this site can detain patients under the Mental Health Act, support patients with a Deprivation of Liberty as well as support those able to stay informally. Patients with a variety of neurological conditions including Huntington's disease, an acquired or traumatic brain injury, frontotemporal dementia or functional disorders are treated and supported by a highly experienced team based on site. Patients can also present with pre-morbid mental health conditions and an addiction history.

The Hospital has recently maintained its Good CQC rating even being rated as outstanding across a few key disciplines. The hospital Manager is experienced in nursing patients with brain injuries, complex needs, substance misuse issues and mental health needs including those with challenging behaviours. She has been with the service since its opening and is keen to develop staff on their dedicated progression pathways - ear marking hospital directors of the future

Shifts : The Hospital can accommodate part-time or full-time hours and they can be flexible with shifts. They are happy to consider fixed shift patterns and they are happy to consider nurses who prefer working days only or nights only. Their shift pattern is Days ( [... Click Apply...]) Nights ( [... Click Apply...] ) and the service can consider nurses who only want to work days or nights or those preferring a mixed shift pattern. Please state if you have any preferences on your hours and/or shift pattern in your application. Shifts are in a 3,4,3,4 Rotation
