Our client The National Trust is looking for a Customer Support Administrator to help them prepare for a major event as The National Trust turns 125 years old in 2020.

The Customer Support Administrator will be speaking to guests who have been invited to the major event to ensure it all runs smoothly.

As a first point of contact for the team you will demonstrate your strong customer service experience when speaking confidently and knowledgeably to a variety of different people on the telephone.

Monitoring and responding to emails as they come in from guests.

Updating different databases

Speaking to different departments in the company

Skills required:

A good understanding of Word and Excel

Take pride in delivering excellent customer service

Eye for detail

Good written and verbal communication
