We are excited to be recruiting for the role of Project Coordinator based on a 0.8 FTE. This role supports Project Manager/s on key activities such as stakeholder communication, organising meetings and workshops, minute taking, maintaining project records and logs, highlight reporting, tracking tasks, budget monitoring and other ad-hoc activities as required. The role also supports the Project Office Team Leader with administrative tasks relating to the activities of the Project Team.


The Project Coordinator will have excellent prioritisation skills, the ability to think on their feet and a can-do attitude.

·Manage project in-boxes and promptly answer questions and requests for information

·Organise meetings on behalf of Project Manager/s

·Record, present and circulate minutes of meetings

·Maintain key project control documents on behalf of Project Manager/s (Decision Log, Risk Log, Budget, Project Timeline etc)

·Track task completion on behalf of Project Manager/s

·Assist in preparing highlight reports, budget reports and project presentations

·Review cost reports and liaise with the Finance Team and Project Managers to resolve queries

·Ensure project documentation is well organised and stored with a full audit trail.

·Adhere to, and uphold, the organisation’s project management standards and methods

·Support the Project Office Team Leader with administrative tasks required to run the team effectively

·Undertake research as delegated by the Project Manager/s

·Manage smaller ad-hoc pieces of work, as delegated by the Project Manager

·Provide a project assurance service if required

·Identify and raise continuous improvement suggestions, to improve efficiency and delivery with time/cost constraints

·Use spreadsheets to intermediate level e.g. formulas, data analysis and summarising date for reporting

·Where required, assist the Project Manager with the completion of risk assessments relating to projects and third parties

·Make travel arrangements for project team members

·Comply with all regulatory obligations and internal governance to help ensure ethical behaviour which delivers fair outcomes for TBUK customers

·Provide holiday cover for Project Managers as required

The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience in a project coordinator role e.g. supporting a project manager/project team, preferably within retail banking and/or a financial services environment. Good working knowledge of MS Office products (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential, with knowledge of PRINCE2 and Agile project management methodologies as a desirable.


In return for your commitment and hard work, you will be rewarded with a salary between £21,000 to £25,000 depending on experience, plus a benefits package including:
