We are seeking a Technology Technician to join our thriving and expanding Design & Technology Department. The successful candidate will be required to have an interest in Design Technology and will be working predominately in our Workshop preparing materials, maintaining machinery and equipment and supporting students project work. We have a dedicated CAD / CAM suite that include 3D printers and Laser cutters. Relevant qualifications, whilst desirable, are not essential, however the desire to learn is important. This is a 30 hours per week position that is term time only + 2 days, equating to working 192 days per year. Working times and days can be discussed at interview. Salary will be within the HBHS Pay Scheme Band 5, £18,293 to £20,121 pro rata, actual salary approximately between £12,200 to £13,400 dependent upon experience.
