Our client is a SOC 2 and ISO 20001 accredited provider of post-trade technology to the financial services sector.     They are a highly professional, vibrant and fast-growing company who are seeking to recruit and accomplished HR Manager to strengthen their management team as the business moves forward.
This is a newly created, standalone, generalist role which offers the opportunity to be part of an exciting and rewarding business as well as providing supportive HR Management to an innovative and collaborative team.

Reporting directly into the CEO and working closely with the CFO, responsibilities will include:

• HR strategy and planning.
• Selection and implementation of an appropriate HR system.
• Ensuring the onboarding procedures are effective and monitored.
• Policy and procedures, including writing HR policy.
• Compensation and benefits.
• Advising line managers globally on performance management.
• Appraisals and performance management.
• Handling ad hoc HR queries.

As a standalone role, it is essential that the successful candidate is happy with a blend of strategic and operational tasks and has true generalist experience.  A background of working within a technology firm is also required.

Flexibility: 2 days per week, office based.
Location: City of London
Salary: circa £65k FTE
