An excellent opportunity to join a new team within EMEA Support Group Compliance, as a Senior Analyst / Manager.

Across the industry there has been recognition of an increasing requirement to provide regulatory compliance advice and oversight to teams in areas such as operations, finance, IT and human resources. To align and partner with these business areas Macquarie have created a Support Group Compliance team.

Your role requires you to partner with our support group functions that deal with a wide range of activity across our divisions in EMEA. Key regulatory aspects of the role include operations resilience, client money regime, client classification, cyber, data management and regulatory reporting.

You will report to the EMEA Support Group Compliance lead supporting Macquarie’s Market Operations, Technology, Human Resources and Financial Management groups. You will work closely with staff at all levels assisting in providing advice to businesses, performing regulatory gap-analysis, assisting in audits, maintaining policies and contributing to projects.

You will have effective interpersonal skills, the ability to develop relationships across various business stakeholders, strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to proactively identity and analyse problems and propose viable solutions. Experience of FCA CASS and transaction reporting rules would be an advantage.
