Appointment Setting Team Leader

This opportunity is working as a Appointment Setting Team Manager, supporting a team to meet targets which are based on scheduling visits for the business development team.
Day to day you will managing a team of four, setting targets and ensuring the team are meeting their KPI's. You will be liaising with the business development managers to discuss who to target and which campaigns to focus on. You will ensure the team are GDPR compliant and data is accurate. You will also support the team and get on the phone to book appointments and lead by example. As a team leader you will hold appraisals, and develop/train the team.
Experience required for this position is a background in a cold calling position and having also managed a cold calling team. You must be a strong clear communicator with great organisational skills. To be suitable for this role you must have experience within sales based on the phone and hitting targets.
