We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join a friendly team, based in Huddersfield.

Position: Products and Services Administrator

Location: Bradley, Huddersfield

Hours: Part time, 30 hours per week

Salary: £16,296 to £17,374 FTE

Contract: Temporary to December 2021

The Role

The Products and Services Administrator supports the Workforce Team in the administration of product delivery and contracts within the department.

Working closely with the Project Officer and Events Officer and members of other teams, the Products and Services Administrator will:

 

  • Process sales of our publications and products that are purchased though our online shop.
  • Manage and maintain accurate levels of stock control and order printed stock as required.
  • Provide administrative support for our quality improvement programmes, arranging meetings and ensuring following up actions are complete.
  • Support with the delivery of training events coordinating the process end to end from finding a venue to evaluation.

 

About You

The Products and Services Administrator will be an experienced Administrator possessing sound organisational skills and an understanding of customer care.

You will bring with you:

 

  • Excellent keyboard skills with working skills of all MS Office packages.
  • Excellent spelling and grammar skills.
  • Accurate data input skills.
  • The ability to prioritise work with minimum of supervision.
  • Experience of working in a service/ customer focused environment.
  • Experience of working in a team.
  • Data collation, recording and processing skills.
  • A commitment to development of self and willingness to learn about the sector and new technology
