Hours of Work
37.5hrs over 5 days (Live out)
2 week Rota with alternate weekend working
Earliest Start Time 7am Latest Finish time 8pm
Flex needed to cover branch events

Duties & Responsibilities
The Odney Club is a beautiful John Lewis and Partners hotel, set in 130 acres by the River Thames in Cookham, Berkshire. With 78 bedrooms spread across 5 different houses, the hotel has unique character and charm.
Our Receptionists work front of house, as part of our friendly front desk team to deliver excellent customer service to all guests.
You'll need to be knowledgeable, professional and courteous at all times.
Job Requirements
The role of Receptionist involves greeting guests and providing a professional service by dealing promptly with queries, ensuring the administration of bookings and records are maintained. Receptionists will be knowledgeable about the facilities on offer and will demonstrate flexibility by working across other departments as required.
Required essential experience skills and qualifications
Hotel, Reception or Front of House experience
PC literate
Customer-facing role with excellent customer service skills required
Desirable experience skills and qualifications
Knowledge and/or experience of hotel operations
Proficient in the use of IT and standard software
