Are you a passionate, organised and methodical cyber security subject matter expert with relevant data loss prevention or fraud prevention experience?


Working within our Insider and DLP Operations team, you'll be part of an exciting team to help protect and detect data loss incidents identified as part of the Cyber threat landscape. This role involves working collaboratively with our stakeholders across the business, supporting consistent and strategic controls, processes and capability to protect Lloyds Banking Group. You'll also support with other Insider and Data Loss Prevention activities across the team and act as a point of reference for information, procedural advice & queries from other business areas.

  • Demonstrate core Lloyds Banking Group values & behaviours as an active team member
  • Develops an understanding of LBG standards (both technical standards such as Acceptable Use Responsibilities, and industry compliance e.g. PCI, DPA)
  • Maintain the highest levels of confidentiality ensuring that information is shared only with the appropriate internal teams
  • Respond to a range of demanding enquiries, clarifying customers understanding of the information being given
  • Act as a source of expertise to junior/less experienced colleagues providing coaching and support where necessary, verify and check their work and identify more formal training where appropriate
  • Build relationships typically at peer level in order to clarify facts, exchange information or resolve enquiries & issues escalating as appropriate
  • Carry out a range of demanding clerical or technical support duties where answers are readily available but some judgement may be required, ensuring that the work is completed accurately and adheres to all specified Group policies, processes and procedures
  • Demonstrate exceptional compliance with Bank policies and standards.
  • Identify and suggest improvements to new and existing processes, procedures and systems
