XPO Logistics are currently recruiting for a HR Manager at our fast-paced eCommerce site in Doncaster for our customer ASOS. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional to set up and lead on all HR initiatives at site as this is a new role within the team. You’ll build strong relationships throughout your network in order to take HR at site from strength to strength.

Pay, benefits and more:

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £40,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. You’ll have access to a variety of high street discounts, a cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension and many other perks.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Align people-related policies and processes to ensure legal compliance and the successful delivery of ASOS contract people plan
• Manage and motivate your direct reports and c. 600 core employees onsite to deliver against individual and team targets
• Proactively support and advise across the full spectrum of employee relations and employment law, including grievance, discipline, dismissal, TUPE and welfare issues
• Support the Learning and Development team to deliver an effective training programme which supports the business requirements around core skills

What you need to succeed at XPO:

• Previous experience in a similar HR role and CIPD qualification desirable
• A proven track record in change management and talent development
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, coaching and motivational skills
• A passion for HR and the attitude to want to develop the role into your own with the guidance of our ASOS Senior HR Manager
