An excellent opportunity has become available to join Lendlease on a permanent contract as a Residential Marketing Manager. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for coordinating the residential marketing advertising campaigns, events and promotional activities at Deptford Landings in Deptford.

Accountabilities:

  • Setting budgets and targets, monitoring performance against quantifiable goals and objectives. Manage budgets, raise POs and report on progress when required.
  • Contribute to quantitative and qualitative market research for the purpose of buyer profiling and fine-tuning marketing strategies, performing the preparation of market analysis and reports to support and inform management decision making.
  • Monitor and analyse sales market and competitor activity, formulating strategies and providing expert input and recommendations on the development of marketing plans and key initiatives to support the achievement of business objectives.
  • Maintain current knowledge and awareness of marketing and communications developments and trends, ensuring the development and execution of marketing initiatives in accordance with best practice industry standards and in compliance with applicable legislation.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for new and existing phases within Elephant Park including the next residential phase to go to market.
  • Develop brand and identity for new residential phases whilst always adhering to the overarching brand guidelines at Deptford Landings.
  • Create advertising schedules and monitor progress in order to optimise output
  • Work alongside the Social Media Apprentice to contribute to monthly content to feature the residential product.
  • Report to the Senior Marketing Manager, Operations for advertising and strategy approvals to ensure they are in line with the Deptford marketing strategy.
  • Plan and event manage UK events and Overseas exhibitions including advertising, logistics (model and lightbox movements), asset production and asset stock management.
  • Oversee the portal and website listings alongside the Marketing Admin Assistant.

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in Residential Marketing Manager required
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in marketing, advertising and/or public relations combined with an advanced knowledge of role.
  • Experience in designing and implementing marketing initiatives and/or in-depth knowledge and understanding of marketing and event management.
  • Problem solving, technical and analytical skills with the ability to work through complex issues and guide and coach others in the resolution of problems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Competencies include: Decision Making, Interpersonal Abilities, Planning & Organising, Problem Solving & Analytical Thinking.

  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Creative, innovative, with a good eye for design
  • A good understanding and practical application of all key aspects of marketing.
  • Hands on approach, with the ability to both juggle and to think on your feet.
  • Proactive, focused and flexible, with a commitment to delivery on time and to budgets
  • Experience of working with and managing external agencies in a partnership approach
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with inherent collaborative spirit
  • Pragmatic, practical and above all, a true team player.
