As a key member of the Programme & Assurance (P&A) division, you will have a central role in ensuring that appropriate project management practices are introduced and embedded to enable effective sponsorship across the Group.
 

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Building effective relationships and working closely alongside Directorate leads within HSMRPG to ensure appropriate project management practices are in place, understood, and followed.

• Seeking opportunities to further develop and improve whilst maintaining business as usual and meeting all essential deadlines.

• Translating complex project information into concise and reliable reporting for senior leaders to understand key issues and make evidence-based decisions.

About you

With a strong background in project management and a highly proactive attitude toward continuous improvement, you'll actively role model best working practice.

With the ability to quickly build trusting relationships with others, you'll be able to have open and honest conversations, discussing topics such as project progress and important timescales. This strong rapport building skill along with your project management experience will also allow you to easily identify any gaps in capability amongst your peers and address them constructively.

You will be a clear and confident communicator, who can easily translate complex information into simple terms, remaining personable and professional at all times.
